Türkiye seek turnaround Nations League action kicks off against Wales
Türkiye have a chance to bounce back from a poor start to their UEFA Nations League campaign when they host Wales in League B Group 1 on Saturday.
Şenol Güneş's side lost their opening two matches, 4-0 at home to Italy and 2-0 away to Ukraine, and are bottom of the group. Wales, meanwhile, have four points from their two games, having beaten Ukraine 1-0 at home and drawn 1-1 in Poland.
Türkiye will be without injured captain Burak Yılmaz, who has been replaced in the squad by Enner Valencia. Güneş is likely to make changes to his team, with Çağlar Söyüncü and Ozan Kabak expected to come into the defence. Hakan Çalhanoğlu and Yunus Akgün could also start in midfield.
